after seeing Adams pictures on the web I don’t see him as an American Idol other people were ask to leave because of issues in their past. If he becomes the American Idol this is my last year to watch because the show is not fair to everyone concerning their past. He is a good singer but everyone must be held accountable for what they do. Its is a sad day!!!

I thought that the US was the land of freedom, but after the comments about Adam, I am not so sure. Adam is the best singer in AI an awesome entertainer, he can sing any genre, and to top it all he is a gentleman, a sweet and humble person. I will buy all his albums. A pity I cannot vote from Caracas, I would spend my month salary voting for him. He deserves it more than any of the other two. I have lived enough not to care about people´s personal choices in life. Adam rocks!!!

Adam is awesome. I ignore the hick, ignorant morons who cannot convey an intelligent critique regarding why they dislike this man other than “he sucks” “he screams” “he sticks out his tongue”.. Well, truth be told: he is orignial, he is multi-talented, he is by far the best vocalist on AI this and any other season. The judges, the producers, all of the mentors and all of the other contestants know this. He will win because of this. I LOVE HIM along with the MAJORITY of the voting public! Cannot wait to vote tonight!!

I can’t wait to see Adam out shine the other performers tonight. Would love an Adam/Kris finale. That horrendous “Dream-On” scream of Danny’s completely did it for me–could not support him anymore. Adam is over-rated wannabe. He strenght is only rock. That’s what’s he has been doing every week regardless of the theme of the week. My goodness, he turned to rock even a country song during the theme week for country music. No versatility. Really sucks. So, boring, no variety at all. His music is just pure noise every week. I have watched American Idol every season and have never, ever seen anyone on there with the enormous talent ADAM has..Maybe you like the others more for some reason, and maybe one of the others may win the contest but ADAM will be the biggest STAR from this competition..After all the one with the most talent does not always win..America votes and they do not always vote for the one with the most talent..But cream always rises to the top so ADAM will immerge the biggest star from this season..

Firstly, you utter moron, if you ever took a theology course (doubtful) you would know that King James completely rewrote the entire bible and nobody knows what was in the original bible because it was destroyed.It’s true and if you know how to use a computer, look it up! So, this is King James’ VERSION of the word of God, not God’s word. Duh!
I do believe, however, that if God is a good and decent and kind “Alimighty”, like his son, he would be accepting of all people as well. Danny’s voice is incredible. He’s one of the best singers ever on Idol. He can perform also.

Adam rocked. “ONE’ was unbelieveable! Kris was amazing with Kanye! Danny chose a boring song that my grandmother listened to, and made it more boring. Sucked. Jesus was plugging his ears saying “Oh, no Gokey–not again!”

Adam really sucks in tonite performance. He is really over-rated. Nothing new. The sound of his voice is so annoying and can damage ear drums. It’s just like a sound when two pieces of metals scratching each other. It’s not music at all but just plain noise pollution at 1000 decibels noise intensity. Oh, he stucked out again his tongue, so funny to watch, indeed. Hahahahha.

Oooh I can’t wait to see my boy Danny tonight (still a few hours to go before it airs in Aus). His voice is gorgeous and he’s damned cute too. I just loved his sense of humour over that disasterous note of his last week.
It’s sad that it has to come down to just one winner cos all these guys have been so great.

I feel I need to remind a few, that American Idol is about singing, not a person’s sexual preferance. I have been a fan of American Idol, since the first season. I picked Kelly, from the start……I picked Clay…….Fantasia……Carrie…..Tayler….Jordan…..and David Cook…..all, with the exception of Clay, won. And, he did better in the long haul than Ruben. So, I feel pretty confident about my gut choice of Adam Lambert to win Idol 2009. I loved Adam’s talent from the first audition, and every week, he has been awesome! I cannot wait to see him win, and make albums and have concerts. He is a class act! By the way, I am a retired nurse, I am 52, I am a christian, and a grandmother of 15. Which goes to prove that Adam touches all kind of MUSIC lovers! I hope American votes for talent, not gossip!

I write from South Africa as an avid watcher of American Idols as do many others in SA! It is a wonderful show and your idol competitors are outstanding! Just a pity that I read all these unnessary coments about Adam. Is this what you think of stars like Freddie Mercury or Sir Alton John, shame on you for not simply judging the person by their ability!!! Adam you are outstanding and are so connected with what you sing, I don’t believe anyone on the show shares that same talent. For me, it’s only Danny who has the soulful musical talent among the three. I love the tone and huskiness of his voice. His rendition of his second song was so hearfelt. “Music is the language of the soul”. Indeed, Danny’s musics touch the soul. This is his great “selling point” to the general viewing public of all generations.
Danny can be a big hit if he’ll record ballad songs, ala Lionell Richie, Lou Rawls, Neil Diamond, Cat Stevens. No contemporary musicians do that kind of songs anymore, except for Josh Groban and Michael Buble who are not products of AI. Maybe, if Josh and Michael would have joined AI before becoming huge artits themselves, they’d would not win the AI title and Simon COWell et al would not like their talents(no “commercial potentials”).
Adam is so funny and hilarious with his antics, his tongue stucked out when hitting high notes. No feeling at all, purely “mechanical”.
Kris voice lacks the power but he can be a big hit if he’ll record easy tunes, ala Cliff Richard, Neil Sedaka, John Denver.

As most I’ve seen and read from various internet blogs, I too am in agreement Adam Lambert is the clear winner in this year’s competition and by far the best talent. I also believe the show “created” drama by placing Adam in the bottom three a couple weeks ago, when the reverse was most likely (Adam, even during that week, probably pulled in #1 votes).
However, if Adam doesn’t make the finals and eventually win the competition, I don’t believe this will have anything to do with actual votes, or even any decision by Idol’s producers or judges. I think this travesty can only come from the top, the network’s own boss Rupert Murdock. And, I suspect there have already been discussions between Murdock, the show’s producers and judges (which could be behind Simon hinting at quitting the show for next year). Rupert’s ideology and beliefs could cost his network millions..if this is the case. Of the contestants left Adam, is by far, potentially the biggest cash cow, and by fixing the show for someone else to win (let alone not even allowing him to go to the finals)..and not getting Adam under contract will be a serious financial blow in times where noone or no industry can afford such mistakes.
Now, hopefully I’m wrong, but if the voting goes the way it should tonight Adam #1 and Danny #2..then we have an entertaining final of which should top the all-time ratings for any previous Idol show. Again, if Adam doesn’t make the finals, the reverse will be true..as I suspect the resulting finals show will be the lowest rated for any finale. Also, I wish some one would bring this up..I think Adam is a throw-back to classic Rock..and I see a strong comparison with Freddy Mercury. But, am I the only one who sees the comparison (especially vocally) with Danny and Tom Jones? This could give Danny a shot..if so especially if he finishes with a Tom Jones classic. Just imagine it “could be” like a finale between Freddy Mercury and Tom Jones!
Oh for naysayers about Adam, this is not a competition for the next Pope..this is a competition for the best talent. Frankly Danny and Kris are also big talents, but Adam’s type of talent is extremely rare and the guy just steals the show consistently every night.

If he wins, Idol contract gets him for a year and think of the money they will make from their star who already has a huge international following. Hopefully Muroch will be greedy enough to ignore his misgudied ultra-conservative right-wing ideaology and let the most talented person legitimately win. That would be Adam. I think Danny is done. He is not fresh anymore and I am sick of him trying to inspire me. I smell a Kris and Adam finale.

Kris has been great throughout the competition: vocals, musical interpretation, musical ability (voice, guitar, piano), personality, and looks. I think he personifies what this competition is all about and should be the 2009 American Idol.

Listen to all of you snivelling young ones I am a 64 yr. old grandmother and have been watching Idol since it’s inception and Adam is by far the most sensational, talented, confident stage presenter that I have ever seen on Idol. Remember this is a singing contest, sexual preference should NOT be the topic of conversation. Adam is an amazing talent!

Well. Last night Danny blew me away with that Cocker song - what a voice! Simon was right about that performance being a vocal master class.
His first number didn’t really thrill me - stoopid Paula, trust her to pick a lame-ass song!
I REALLY hope all the Danny fans are voting for him to be in the final cos I can’t support him from Australia, damn it all.
Kris bored me and I don’t know what drugs the judges were on when they reviewed his final song but it was a shite performance IMO.
Adam was as always pretty fabulous even if I did get another undesired viewing of his tongue!
Please Danny fans - vote vote vote.

We need a unique vocal for every American Idol.. Rihanna, Madonna, Richard Marks.. Now a days so many single that vocal almost the same, I can’t compare who is who sometimes.. It is only Adam can let me know his vocal is him.. because he is one of the unique person that I have ever seen in the pass 50 years..
A unique vocal can survive in the musical industry very long.. because they know how to play with the song in different style of singing.. and Adam can really do it nicely..
Kris and Danny is not that unique that I heard.. I heard so many vocal just like them..
there was a limit for these two guys.. I give a rock song for Kris.. he will sure not perform well.. I give an R&B song to Danny will fall the same situation as well.. What we need is not Karaoke.. We need real single and perfomance single like Adam..
I never support guys single all the while, because women vocal can go so far compare to man vocal..
However it is only Adam vocal can make me wanted to listen his song every time he sing..

THIS SHOW IS UNBELEIVEABLE WITH THIS KID, NOAH. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING US $5.00 FOR JUST WATCHING IT ON TV. REMEMBER THIS IS (AMERICAN) IDOLE. TELL ALISHA KEYS TO START GIVING MONEY TO PEOPLE IN THE US IF SHE WANTS TO THROW MONEY AWAY.
