People need to get over the fact that Adam didn’t win. He has his album contract, his tour with Queen. Let it go.
Stop being such spoiled sports! And stop whining it’s so unbecoming and shows how immature you are.
If you want to get picky they deliberately showcased Adam more than Kris… That’s not fair either. Didn’t anyone ever tell you life is not always fair.
GET OVER IT

Maybe he was “deliberately showcased” because the show’s producers, judges knew he was a much better, marketable talent. He is awesome and his talent was unsurpassed this season. All things are not equal.
It is not a matter of “letting go” it is a matter of fairness. If the Kris camp has nothing to hide, I am sure they will have no issues with yesterday’s NY times article about AT&T irregularities with voting or with similar stories being reported in the mainstream media. The majority of folks seem to think something is amiss with the voting based on other external factors…. and sometimes if it looks like a duck and it quacks like a duck….

I am outraged at the results. I tried for 3 hours to get through to cast a vote on all 3 numbers with no success.
It would have been nice to send 10 or more text messages at the press of a single button to cast Power texts for Adam, which have an exponentially greater effect on voting than do single text messages or calls to the show’s toll-free phone lines. But, I didn’t have resprentatives providing texting tutorials from AT&T. I have a different cell company. You have to admit it is unfair and unethical to have this advantage.
Furthermore, you have to come to terms with the fact that Adam surpasses Chris as a singer and star.
I can’t understand how anyone feels good about winning this way. Talk about unbecoming.

I am sure Kris will not want this tainted win–so let’s figure out if a huge billion dollar corporation like AT&T deliberately tried to sway votes, cheat if you will. If not, then Kris is owed a big apology for this speculation; if so–then Adam is owed a HUGE apology.

Kris Allen will go down in Idol history as the worst pick EVER! He IS that bad! HE is worse than Ruben! It is a total joke and I no longer take this stupid show seriously. They have lost many fans by this stupid, poor choice of a mediocre folsky boring singer. He sucks and will never make it big. Everyone scracthes their head when they see him sing and say…ooookkkkaaayyy…I thought he won..but he is not that good!!!!
Major suckage for sure and a major disspointing end to this season. What a stinking waste of time–had I known the bogus outcome, I never would NOT have wasted my time watching!!!

We are bound by universal order to do what is right. In that way, our life is happier and more successful. I am disheartened that people, Idol 09, did not vote for the best singer - obviously, for personal reasons, which should never be a criterion. They did the same thing to Clay Aiken, who had more talent in his little finger than Reuben ever had. No, Kris should not have won.

I know that after 8 years of faithfully watching Idol, I will never again!
There are SO many people who tuned in this season for the first time after hearing about Adam. Those veiwers are lost forever. Adam was the only reason this season to watch–let’s face it. This uspet (which remains questionable) makes the Ruben–Clay upset look minimal. The Idol producers and FOX could have done something to prevent this unfair voting which resulted in the upset–but they chose not to. Who wants to watch a talent competition when the winner has mediocre talent? It was not a singing competition because Kris won. Kara is a compelte no-talent idiotic “judge” and makes Paula look accomplished and intelligent (sorry Paula!). She is a kiss-ass, know nothing. The entire season was a waste. Dissapointing does not begin to describe it!

I had tickets that I purchased the day they went on sale! But, I sold them last week to a guy I work with who has two daugherts fans of Kris, who are 9 and 11! This is who American Idol can market Kris’s music to. I was not interested in going or giving any money to FOX or American Idol after their latest disaster. I can wait a year to see Adam on his own tour with Queen, Aerosmith, Michael Jackson, or whoever he wants! Kris can consider touring with Taylor Hicks. Maybe Adam can ask Kris to come along on his tour to serve as background vocals lol!
I remember the season 2 tour concert and nearly 3/4 of the audience left after Clay Aiken performed because not many wanted to sit through Ruben. History may be repeating itself!

Oh so true Terri! LOL!!!!

I have heard that Adam has been asked to host SNL and that he will be on the cover of Rolling Stone next month. Are these rumors true? It looks as if the oublic wants Adam and not charisma-free Kris!
June 9th, 2009 at 2:23 pm
Kris was so awful with the National Anthem that he was booed! IT was boring and lacked vocal strength! What an embarrassment for him!
June 9th, 2009 at 8:03 pm
ADAM TIL THE END!,
The rumors have indeed been confirmed today that Adam will be on the cover of The Rolling Stone magazine. I believe the next issue will be in stores tomorrow, and Adam will be on it. Better get there early— they’ll be selling quick!!!

We are another family in England who LOVE Adam and could not believe our eyes and ears when Kris won. Poor Kris, I wouldn’t like to be him now!
We absolutely love Adam and get goosebumps when he sings every time!
June 12th, 2009 at 11:49 am
I wonder if American Idol producers will be able to afford Adam during the Am idol tour? He must have sooooo many requests for amazing shows all over the world! He is absolutely too good for the tour!
June 14th, 2009 at 11:46 pm
Aw well thank you, ATTE! xD
Not sure if you still check this website… it’s been a few days. Here the magazines weren’t in stock ’til Friday, so I’m not sure when you got yours.
If you read this, feel welcome to come to the Adam fanatic site. A few of us that “met” here have been keeping in touch over there. “adamlambertfanatics.wordpress.com”

I was watching the Laker game. The fans were not booing Kris.
Danny Gokey/Josh Gracin Fan forever! God Bless you Danny/Josh

Kris really was not very good at the Laker’s Game attempting the Nat’l Anthem. It was lackluster, dull just very ordinary. I felt really bad for him. I think people who were not familiar with him expected MUCH more form this year’s “Idol winner”! There was no cheering when he finished. I could not hear the reported booing either, but nobody looked even the least bit impressed. Goodbye, Taylor Hicks….oops…I mean Kris Allen
Maybe we’ll see you at the Conway County Fair –or the AR State Fair soon!!!!!

Bring it on Simon, he is so cutting sometimes but great to watch better than Paula.
September 26th, 2009 at 1:25 am
Are a bunch of little kids posting on here or what? Kris worked just as hard as anyone else on Idol to get votes. If he got more votes and worked hard to do it then he deserved to win. Just because he is not your favorite doesn’t make your personal opinions FACTS! Do you people not understand the difference between subjective and objective? I will make a statement that I believe is objective. You people are nasty!!!!!!!!! You adore Adam, but bash his friend??? If were a true Adam fan then you wouldn’t be doing that. Grow up people. It is a talent show.

Sorry to get you so upset Ladonna and I a sorry that you take this whole glorified kareoke contest ever so seriously! Kris is mediocre and he should nto have won. Allison, Danny, Matt and Anoop and yes, Adam all surpass him musically and in every other way. Jsut ask Simon Cowell–who knows a thing or two about the music industry. IT is just a shame that so many 11 year old girls have cell phones with texting and much too much time on their pre-pubescent hands!

Kris just sucks (big yaaaaaaawwwwwn). End of story. He will never be seen as the real winner. Never…ever…ever…..
