So far the American Idol Top 9 Prediction Poll shows that nearly 67% of you believe Megan Corkrey should be sent home. Then again, 40% predicted last week that she’d be gone!

Simon just told Megan that he doesn’t care how well she performs, that she is done and this would be her swan song. I think Simon was a little irked by Megan’s comment that she didn’t care what he thought of her performances.
So it’s official: Megan Joy Corkrey has been eliminated from American Idol.

I think that Megan was ready to go home to her son, bad choices of songs every week. Too much emphesis put on the way they dress, and look at the show tonight, one of the female guest performers.

Finally, Megan is gone. She came this far by accident I believe and those are whom didn’t realize that she become a total RUDE bitch tonight, did you see that? And thanks Simon saying that we don’t care about you either, she is not worth for anything. Next week Scott should be going home and show will become a real competition. Allison is my one of the favorite didn’t quite get how she is on bottom two..

If Megan didn’t care what Simon thought then she never should have been in the competition. She just took space for someone who really cared about music and wanted to be there. She showed her true bitch colors tonite.

sergio, I agree with you, Scott needs to go next. Come on America, you are just patronizing Scott by keeping him in the competition. Judge him the same as the others. If he wasn’t handicapped, you would have gotten rid of him a long time ago. He isn’t that special and is quite forgetable. After he is sent home, this will become a real serious competition.
I am so glad America got it right tonight. Megan just had to go.

I’ve been watching Idol since the beginning. Am I wrong to say that each year more and more contestants become rude & disrespectful to the judges?
I’ve been voting for Megan, love her voice & look but not her stage presence. I was hoping to see her grow as a performer. After last night, glad she is gone. Did she forget the reason she is on that stage is because the judges got her there in the first place?
When did she become such a star that she could mouth off?????
Lil’s next, she needs to watch her attitude.
Go Adam! Didn’t like him at first (appearance) but now it seems to me he is listening to the judges and thinking about how to improve his performance.

Totally agree with you tanya. Took up wasted space for contestants that are serious about the competition. Acting really really strange. And her dissing Simon like that was disrespectful and childish. What was with the flapping of the arms and stupid dancing. Glad she’s gone.

I would like to see Danny, Chris, Allison, & Adam in the top four.
Adam doesn’t have to win, someone will sign him up. I think people love or hate him as a performer, not much in between. I do think he can sing and is marketable though…

Hi all. I agree Meagan should have NEVER made that comment to Simon. She was acting very strange - I think that she was missing her baby boy in a bad way and was therefore more than ready to go home. I love Meagan & her voice. I think this competition was just much more than she could handle right now. She had to much already going on in her life.

Thank God Megan is OUT OF HERE. How in the hell did she ever get this far, I will never figure this one out!!!! She is weird, weird and more weird in her behaviour, actions and her singing sucks if you can call it singing. Sounds more like 2 cats in heat making out. One more week of listening to her, off would have gone tv. My bets are on Adam to clean win, hands down. Sure, Danny and Chris are very good but Adam is in a league of his own. I just saw a survey now, and Adam has 54% of the vote to win this and I expect he will. You never know!! I am still shaking my head how Megan beat out the little Blonde with red hair, she was great. Good luck to her!!!

I still don’t get what’s going on with Kris’s
mouth or jaw. It kind of reminds me of the way Jason Castro sang. Kind of corky looking. He sings ok but just ordinary. I think Matt is much better. More vocal talent and better stage performance. I don’t get why Simon’s on him so bad. But that’s how he was David Cook in the beginning, even called him arrogant. But look where David is NOW. Go Matt!!!!

Attn:Brandi. Allison was not laughing at Megan, she was laughing with her because of Megans unique caw caw bird flap. They became friends as a matter of fact, they were roommates.Adam and Allison were supporting Megan,not degrading her.Oh yes Brandi, you were right, they were laughing with Megan., not at her.
