American Idol 2009 Top 7 Part 2 - Songs & Guest Stars

This week on American Idol 2009 we’ll get to enjoy this season’s Top 7 performers all over again after the judges’ big move of sparing Matt Giraud from elimination. But now that Matt stayed another week it’ll mean we’ll have a DOUBLE elimination this Wednesday night! Idol craziness!

This week’s musical theme will be disco songs for Tuesday night’s performances. Then on Wednesday night’s double elimination results show we’ll welcome David Archuleta back to perform “A Little Too Not Over You.” Also performing that night will be Harry Wayne “KC” Casey (of KC and the Sunshine Band), Thelma Houston, and Freda Payne. These three disco icons will perform a medley of their hits “Get Down Tonight,” “Don’t Leave Me this Way” and “Band of Gold.”

I’m not crazy about the theme, but it should make for some entertaining performances and the stacked elimination on Wednesday will be huge!

Please, for the love of God…put Allison out of her misery. Her performance last week was so weak yet the judge’s pimped her AGAIN! Matt and Allison need to go. NOW!
