Your little showing of how the candidates celebrated their birthday was not funny at all. It didn’t send a very good message. It was really absolutely gross to watch them and sick to see the mess that they made. If that was true it cost $6,000 to clean, good, make them pay for it. Very bad decision.

I am dubious with the results. I cannot fathom Adam getting fewer votes than Allison–and I think it is a hoax based on fan base, etc. I think they need to keep a female in the competition and they want her for Rock theme next week.
All I can think is that Idol manipualted the vote for suspense and ratings. They want to keep Allison in and freak out Adam’s supporters and those who think Adam is “untouchable”. Plain and simple. I will no longer watch this BS. I think “Vote for the Worst” has it right. I think I’ll start hanging there.

Finally the public got it right, ADAM who acts like he has it won needs his wings clipped. I can’t stand the way he yells, he is not the best one. I don’t know where the judges are coming from, I think they are drinking too much booze.

I just finished watching it and boy was I nervous Adam would go when he was in the bottom 3. Whew I was probably more nervous then him lol.

I can’t believe that for the first time I don’t believe the results. It obviously was announced for viewer participation until the end. Adam Lambert is such a clear winner for the title that even his co-contestants couldn’t fool the “Lie to Me” lead in. What a ratings faux paux.

Adam is not THAT great, everyone needs to get over it. He screeches when he sings and is a complete melodramatic loser. It’s very strange that in previous seasons Simon has gone off on these singers but Adam he praises. Seems a little fishy to me.

How about Adam when Seacrest asked him which people are safe and he said probably Allison and Danny. When other contestants were asked that question, they either didn’t answer or last year David A sat on the floor. Sooo, he just assumed to join Allison and Danny. Wonder how Matt and Kris felt about that?? Def has a ego !

Adam is by far the most talented singer left in the competition! I do think Adam fans need to pick up the phone and VOTE! I am not sure if I think this whole process is rigged or not. American Idol is clearly a television show and survives from the ratings and how many commercials it sells. SOOOO the more drama - the more viewers. Put Adam in the bottom 3 everyone is shocked and more viewers tune in.

I called for 1 straight hour on both numbers and for all 5 the phone lines were open not one busy for either performer. Now I don’t know how they received all of those millions of votes, but for 1 solid hour I voted my my favorite and could not belive that I was able to get in so I went to each performer and all of their lines were open. This was for one solid hour. Not one busy signal. Something smells. I like suspense but something smells tonight.

I really like the top five, but most of all I look forward to what Adam is going to do each week.
Adam is light years more talented than any contestant this season. He also differs from any other winner in past seasons.
Even if he doesn’t win, he’s still going to be a huge success.
Adam, I’m sorry I didn’t vote but I’ll be sure to do it now. I just thought it was a given…..
I also suspect that this season will have more break-out stars than any other season.

This show is fixed. An Idol insider already revealed that the ‘Powers that Be’ are choosing their own winner depending on their own analysis of the industry. Adam should win. He is blowing away the competition every week. The whole phone and text thing is cover. This was exposed the year Daughtry was eliminated, too, but they covered it up.

Although I am heart broken that he will no longer appear on my television set Tuesdays and Thursdays, I am so eager to have him back in Michigan so we can meet and fall in love. For those of you who think Adam “screeches” or “yells”….He is NEVER “pitchy” his notes are always crisp and clear. He makes everything “his own” and nothing he has done resembles karaoke. If he has an ego, he deserves it. I agree Kris is very good as is Danny. But Adam has the “it” factor. He can sing any genre. What more needs to be said? If you don’t think Adam is phenomenal, you need to clean out your ears. American Idol will make tons more $ from Adam than any of the other remaining 4. So, do the math, Adam is the best all around AI has ever seen.

We have been watching Adam since the initial audtions. He has always been the best performer of every show. He knows exactly what to wear, how to present himself, how to do his hair, whether to hit it hard or soft, and all that jazz. The other contestants are just existing, and they should all go home. This has been a weak year.
And what is up with that kid Kris’ mouth? It looks like a horse’s lips when he sings….so distracting. And his voice is all scratchy and whiney. This is not a popularity contest. It is a singing contest, and Adam is THE BEST.

This week was a tough week and I think that the bottom 3 was correct. Adam is alittle over dramatic and always does his little annoying girl squeel. It’s the same performance every week. As for matt he’s good but the others are better. Allison and danny are top 2 definitly. Shes amazing and so is Danny.

Today’s XBox generation doesn’t know what good music is any more. Adam is well rounded and current. The others are one-dimensional, flat, and boring. Adam doesn’t squeel, he wails. He would be perfect for a Led Zeppelin type singer….for those of you XBoxers that don’t know who that is, they are the greatest rock band ever.

I was really glad that both Danny and Alison were safe this week. I completely disagree with Simon this week with him saying that Alison is in trouble. Well America did the right thing of keeping her. Even though Lambert didn’t get sent home… at least he had a taste of humble pie, which in my mind, he rightly deserve. I am not tearing all of Lambert’s fans out there, I am just saying that everyone even the best needs to be tested once in a while to see how they react or recover after bad time or week. Sure Lambert is good, but I want to see how he reacts to being so close to being sent home. Will he respond well like Danny, or will he do something desperate, which will be his eventual downfall.

Okay, i must be watching a different show than you people are… the truth of the matter is is that ADAM cannot sing…. close your eyes, and just listen to the guy…not good vocals. He’s all about himself. I mean come on, last nite was “Rat Pack” nite….he wears a WHITE SUIT, what the heck is THAT? Oh yeah, then he descends down this white staircase with lights behind him ….. come on, get real, the guy’s a joke. I have to agree with Michelle (53.) Adam has stood out as the best singer since this competition started. I am not sure what anyone sees in the other hacks. They would only sound ok in a karaoke bar or at a wedding once you are drunk enough to stand it.

Adam is a good singer, but it is the same sound the last few weeks, different types of music but the same sound, I didn’t know Rat Pack and disco sounded the same, I thought this was a way to show you can sing all different types of music. Danny and Allison, both have shown they can at least sing different styles.

Interesting result for the bottom 3, only to the extent that Adam was there.
Anyway, conspiracy theories of increasing voting numbers aside (which obviously occurs), it may not be that shocking as you have to remember the voters for Anoop and Lil are probably more likely to now vote for someone like Alison or Danny, rather than shift over to Adam.
Nevertheless Adam’s performance gave me goosebumps, not just the singing (Robert Plant anyone!) but the swagger and gaze into the camera (Elvis anyone!) were of a rock ‘n roll superstar, regardless of whether he wins the competition or not.
I wish we could vote from Australia…….

Matt was totally the right person to be eliminated! He was the only singer last night to have his pitch all over the place. Allison, Adam and Danny should definitely be the final three. Personally, I thought Danny absolutely did the best job last night. Adam has good vocals but he better watch out because it ain’t over until it’s over.

TS- I completely agree with you. Allison is absolutely horrible. She sounds like a man who’s recovering from a night of boozing it up.
Kris is from my home town and I think he’s awesome but all the others are really good as well - EXCEPT for Allison! I believe everybody has the right to be there but her. I wish they would bring Anoop back. Allison is horrific and makes me wanna vomit every time i hear her sing.

The 5 that were left tonight all did great jobs last night….Danny by far was the best singer of the bunch. Allison was good, just not up to her usual really good stuff. Matt did a fine job. Kris is in because of 13year old girls voting for his cute smile. He is a cute kid.
The winner will be Adam. He is not only an awesome singer but a damn fine performer. I will be paying money to see HIM and not the rest of the idol group. When I pay big bucks for a concert I want a performance….not just someone up there singing songs to me. Adam will go far he if he doesn’t win
Allison will be next to go, then Kris, Danny & Adam the AI.

I have to agree with AIFan and Matt Forever. The judges are pushing for Adam & Danny faceoff and neither of them deserve it. Tonight, the contestant with the most heart and talent was voted off. Matt deserved the chance to be in the final faceoff. His vocals had improved so much since the beginning, he gain more confidence and was beginning to show he was the next American Idol. Kris keeps singing the same ole tune and plays it safe. He does not have the chops for this competition. Adam is a strong contender but he has developed a habit of screaming more than singing lately. Danny is okay but I do not think he has the vocal range and Allison is outstanding. That girl can sing! If Matt puts out a CD, you bet I will buy it.

To man: What I like about Allison is the sound of her voice. It has echoes of Janice Joplin and Kim Carnes who sang “Betty Davis Eyes” back in the day. I know she has her moments when she just has not hit it right, but overall I think this girl can really go if given the right song. I have not been to the Philippines, but I have been to Turkey and they scream like Adam has been doing lately. Matt was my overall favorite because his heart was in the competition from the beginning and he worked hard. I do not see that same heart in the remaining four. Kris is only there because I keep reading how he has such a cute smile, nothing regarding his talent or lack thereof. Danny has the heart-warming story that has kept him alive. I thought Adam was really the winner at the beginning but due to his screaming, that has turned me off.

Did anyone else notice that Ryan did NOT say that Adam had come in 4th in voting last night? He simply said that Adam, Kris, and Matt were the bottom 3. When he sent Kris back to the couch, he didn’t say that Kris was #3, he just said he was safe. I think there was some intentional ambiguity in the wording tonight to keep people watching till the end. One other thing…has anyone else noticed that every one of Danny’s songs sound the same? He has a decent voice, but apparently is only able to sing one kind of song. Adam is a far better musician with a much better ear, as well as a better performer. Yes, and sports officials do not take bribes, and race horses are not being shot with illegal drugs. Television reality shows are a game and yes the voting has something to do with it, but overall what the judges want they will get.

Yes, I remember reading that statement that they wanted the faceoff between the two David’s. And when Carrie Underwood vs Bo Bice era was going on Simon had already said Carrie was going to win before it got down to the last two. I enjoy seeing new talent but I think the rules of the game should be fair and just like everything else American Idol is in it for the ratings which creates the revenue.

Well thats a blast Adam in the bottom 3, that was his worse performance yet,and as for that screaching in all he sings it’s getting to be the same each week as he has run out of other things to express in his music.America got it right. Matt has had to many chances and the judges saved his butt. Go Danny & Allison. my preference is for Allison,but she really wants to blow them out of the water next week,but Danny is on the money and should be the overall winner.

Everyone on American Idol has the right to be there. The whole point of American idol is to find talented SINGERS. Some people I believe are better than others, but everyone has the right to step on that stage EXCEPT for Allison. Come on America are you deaf. I’m not here just to bash Allison. Elvis WAS the best thing that hit these United States. He left such a mark it will never be erased.It was unfortunate that he was caught up in drugs like most of you pot heads and meth users. He was doing what he could to keep up such a hectic career. His Dr. overdosed him just like the other stars in Hollywood. He even went to serve in the Army to support this country. I think Adam with some expert training could be just as creative. He at least, has some talent to work with. Leave Elvis rest in peace because he finally got some. Adam has his own mistakes to make.

How anyone can call it screeching, is beyond me. I would go so far as to say Adam is the best so far from ALL the seasons.
Some of you are confusing ego, with confidence and good stage presence. What a range he has, and his ability to make each song sound so different and creative is amazing. Someone mentioned the fact that he is gay..and they equated that with him being talentless. Pull your head outta your butt. You’re embarrassing yourself with your ignorance. Yes Adam is totally over the top, but in a great way. He always blows me away, and whether he wins the competition or not, he will go straight to the top. This is the first time that i can honestly say that i would buy any Idol’s CD.

I am very dissapointed to see matt go home i think he sings very good and has tried to up his game every week. As for Adam I agree with a few people that said he is sounding the same every week ,at first i liked but now every performance is starting to sound the same . I think Allison and Danny are very good as well,but the one I believed should of went home is Kris I think he should have went along time ago!!!! sure he has a cute smile , but so what he has not done one performance where he has completely wowed the audiences and judges like the others have , he has always just done good mediocre ones he should of went!!!!

I am very disappointed to see Matt leave I thought he sang very good ,and would up his game every week. Wow, Adam in the bottom 3. What went wrong? I think that everyone thought that Adam was going to win, and they voted for second place for the person they did not want to go home. Everyone needs to vote for #1, Adam. For the finalists I pick Danny and Adam. Allison will be up there for the final three. By far Adam is the best and can sing all types of songs. He knows how to present himself and how to act on the stage. He will be the best choice for an AMERICAN IDOL. Everyone needs to vote next week. I think the genre is Rock and Roll. To me Adam looks like the reincarnation of Elvis, same face and eyes and hair. I can’t wait to hear his rock and roll song, I hope he does an Elvis song.

I hope America sees that Adam and Allison are seasoned artists who are just trying to get the “hook” on securing their futures. Newcomers are the best. If he didn’t sing like a girl all the time, we would judge Adam like the rest. He waves and smiles like a future Miss America. Very phony. True blue is Danny. I was in total shock when Ryan said Adam was in the bottom 3. I just could not believe it. I have been voting for him since the start. Tuesday I got busy and simply forgot to vote. That will not happen again! I am not so naive as to think my voting made the difference but it is ironic to me that the “ONE” week I did not vote that he was in the bottom 3 for the first time ever! You better believe that I will be voting next week!!!!!

I, too, believe this could have been “fixed” for suspense. I have my doubts that Adam was really in the bottom 3. He is soooo… talented and way above the rest (who are also very talented in their own rights). But, Adam has the versatility and voice range, stage presence and face it, he’s already a true artist. America needs Adam - there’s been no other contestant like him - it’s time for a change from the conventional. As a non-American, I can’t vote, so, to all Americans out there - vote, vote, vote for Adam.
I fear for AI ratings if he were to be voted off. I personally watch the show in anticipation of what he will do next.
As the sign in the audience stated - “Adam is wicked cool!”. He’s the new Elvis and should win this competition!

You see, I tried voting for Adam on 3 different phones for hours and only got a busy signal or a recorded message that the circuits were busy. I do not recall Ryan Secrest referring to Matt, Chris and Adam as the bottom three, only that Danny and Allison were safe! Then proceeded from there–after several performances, that Kris was safe, then the final that Adam was staying!
My predication is Allison and Adam will be the last two standing!

If Adam is gone, i will not even waste my time to watch American Idol ever again!!! C’mon! are they not even recognizing real talent? Send Adam home please!! he has a good voice but really could you listen to a full CD of his squeeling? and I think he’s tooooo confident. Allison, she’s fantastic, great voice, bubbly personality but needs to work on her confidence as a professional singer. She needs to put some heart and sole into her songs. It was a shocker that Adam was in the bottom. He is by far the best. He has a range that none of the other contestants have. He does not have an ego. If you watch him at the end of his performances when the lights go down, he always turns towards the band and thanks them. He also gave thanks to that guy who helped him arrange “If I can’t have you”, earlier in the season, he said his performance would have been nothing without the band…come on people, he is humble, no ego. He deserves to have one though, because he is that good!!!! He can sing anything. The others do not mix it up like Adam does. Remember to vote for Adam!!!!

I would like to think that there is no manipulation of the votes…and if it is true, then Adam might have been in the bottom because we all think that everyone else is voting for him and he doesn’t need ours. Then again, I like the theory that nothing was really said about him being a lower vote getter, and that they just put him with Matt and Kris to create drama. It was good drama. My daughter and I felt that our votes counted when Kris was sent back to safety. I think that Adam is phenominal, but I would not want to listen to his voice repeatedly on a cd either–but for this show, I can’t wait each week to see what he’s going to do, and I am never disapponted. It was like that with David Cook last year.

Adam Lambert is a SELFISH BRAT. He only thinks of himself that is why he choose a safe group. He should not have choosen a group and stayed in the middle. It just showed how selfish he is and disregarding the friendship the finalists have developed during their stay in American Idol season. Melinda Dolittle and David Archuleta have never chosen a group because they value friendship rather than competition. Adam Lambert is an overconfident proud person pretending to be humble. First of all…it is totally rigged! There is NO way Adam was the second least vote getter. He has fans of all ages. He is more talented than all the others put together. Matt needed to go. Kris should be next. They all have great voices but my 2 favorites are Allison and Danny,but also like Adam. This is a singing contest, so next time they sing close your eyes and listen to them sing. 75% of the time all you will be able to do is listen to them on the radio. Adam is an amazing singer and performer. We could listen to to his voice for hours. He does have an air of healthy confidence. He does not present as arrogant or conceited. If you saw the show on Star on Thursday a couple of weeks ago several of the other contestants said Adam was the go to person when they had questions about music arrangements and/or were feeling the pressure. He sounds like a wonderful human being too.

Ok, to all Adam Fans, 2 words: humble pie.
I don’t think you all get it. Adam sticks to his usual routine and get praised for it. Well if he sticks to his usual routine… then, how can he be the best. A good musician adjust and uses critizism to help him or her grow. I don’t think Adam is doing that.
That is why I think Danny or anyone else should be the winner (though I perfer Danny) because they work hard and take in the criticism that the judges offer to help them do better.
I still think the finalists should be Danny and Alison because well Danny is obviously good, but has a talent that no one sees and Alison is really good but does not go around showing off her talent as Adam( Ladies or anyone, feel free to disagree).
So my final words are: Danny, Season 8 American Idol. And to all Adam fans, forgive me: Adam Lambert will be “lamb-chops” if he doesn’t adjust his performance

Next week is Rock week. I would LOVE to see Adam take on some Queen. He definitely has the range and the talent to do it.
I think whether Adam wins or not, he has no worries as far as getting signed. He’s proven his talent over and over.
It’s hard for me to choose between Kris, Allison, and Danny. Kris has shown so much versitility. He could be the dark horse.

Thank goodness we finally have a contestant like Adam lambert on AI. America finally has a reason to watch. He is the only contestant with the skills & courage to do what he does. It adds drama to what would be a very boring show. For all the haters that thinks he is going to scream on his CD, just listen to his studio recordings on You Tube. You’ll be eating your words. The performance show is great but too long. So yea, I’m not seeing how Adam could be possibly be in the bottom 2, unless there was something odd going on. Like the American Idol producers are trying to keep it very interesting to attract more viewers. Everyone knows he is the best singer/dancer/entertainer bar none theat AI has ever had. Did anyone listen closely to Seacrest? He said “Kris, you are safe” but did NOT say Adam was in the bottom two. And I think he told Adam to join Kris and Matt but did not actually say he was in the bottom three. Maybe the show was just stirring up a little excitement, and generating more phone calls for next week from Adam supporters.

I have to agree with Tinnie G. The show is definately rigged to get better ratings. Just like Taylor Hicks winning over Chris Daughtry. But in the end, popularity and record sales don’t lie. Even past contestants such as Daughtry believe Adam is the most talented and most consistant. How does someone with the biggest fan base get voted to the bottom 2. Smells kinda fishy to me. P.S. Tony G, get off the drugs. Those things will kill ya!

Kudos to blondie42550. Remember though, that the best contestant doesn’t always win. So it shouldn’t be all that suprising if Adam doesn’t win. As far as I am concerned, he has already won. He got the television exposure he needed to land him a multi-million dollar contract. And besides, he may be better off without AI, like Daughtry.

I think there all talented in there own particular genre. Adam & Allison rockin out. Kris doing contemporary songs. And Matt & Danny doing a little more soulful songs. As for who the next American Idol should be, I have to say Adam. He has the voice & the stage presence. Nobody can sing or entertain quite like he can. He has the total package. Why do you think the other contestants go to him for advise. That would be the person Danny wouldn’t mention last night.

You’re right Ryan. The other contestants do adjust their performances based on critisism fom the judges. But they all go to Adam for advise. It’s hard for Adam to adjust to critisism, b/c he never gets any. He probably should dial it down a notch, and make it less theatrical, but like Simon said, that’s who he is. Why are there so many haters?

Adam was only placed in the bottom 3 to make him up his game even more next week. He is going to blow the roof off the place during rock week. He has already said that he has been dying to do a Led Zepplin performance. The other contestants are just plain boring. They do the same safe songs every week. Everyone tunes in to see what Adam is going to perform. That’s what being an Idol is all about.

To all Adam Lambert fans: Kudos for the positive comments. It’s nice to see that there are some sane people watching the show. This guy has a bright future ahead of him. I really can’t see any of the other contestants being an Idol. All average singers at best. Adam is a friggin superstar. He was born to sing & entertain. Whether AI gets it right or not, he is still going to outsell all other contestants & he’ll pack concert halls on a consistant basis.

America….or more accurately, the producers got it wrong. PLEASE EVERYONE boycott AI!! Show the producers that we are not accepting their crap and show the judges that we will no longer accept their constant pimping of one contestant (ALLISON) over others. It is disgusting to watch them gush over her–really kind of icky. PLEASE BOYCOTT IDOL. This is being posted all over the blogs. BOYCOTT IDOL next week–but vote for Adam anyway!
Some folks are going to Tevo Idol, ff past commercials for only Adam’s performance and then call–or call first since we all know he will be the best, as usual. He needs your supprot since the judges and producers decided to put him at an artifical disadvantage. BOYCOTT IDOL NEXT WEEK!!!

It looks like AI is either trying to boost ratings, or the fix is on. After all, they’ve done it before. How else do you explain Season 5? Adam Lambert is clearly the best singer & entertainer. None of the other contestants have a chance in a fair competition. We’ll see what happens.

Okay - AI has and is billed as a singing competition..therefore, we need to focus on the singing, not the look, not the sexual orientation, not the smile, etc. We are at the top four now, which means all of the four are good at what they do. Each one will probably have a great career unless they do something stupid to screw it up. But, some can reach a wider audience than others. Adam certainly has a wide appeal to a certain crowd, and so does Allison. But both Kris and Danny are liked by all ages and can definitely sing. Danny seems to me to have great lasting talent, while the others may just be a flash in the pan - popular for awhile but then out of the picture. Listen to the singing, forget the clothes, the lighting, the smiles, the sexual orientation and on and on and just pick the best singer. In my opinion that is Danny.

I can not decide who is the better singer. They are all excellent, however, I think Adam and Allison are a hair better than the other two - maybe 1/4 a hair better. That’s how close they are. It doesn’t matter who wins now, they all have a great career ahead of them. I like watching Adam and Allison the most, especially Adam.

It is ironic that when people found out about Adam’s alleged sexual orientation, his popularity went way down. Also, a contestant a couple seasons ago, (can’t remember his name)was voted off very quickly when it was found out he was a gay stripper. Lets face it, the majority of Americans are just not into the gay life-style. I don’t think Clay Aiken would have gone as far if people knew that he was gay. Remember the show is called the “American Idol”!

I couldnt believe that adam was in the top 3…my mouth dropped. He is a good singer…he could leave some of the screaming out but he does have a gooooood voice. My favorites are actually Allison & Danny. I think that it is time for a girl to win this one….but i have a weird feeling it is going to be between Danny & Adam.

Why do all of the people who post here about how much they can’t stand Adam because he “can’t sing” or he is “not versatile” or he is a “drag queen” sound really really really dumb and uneducated? Most cannot string together a coherent, properly syntaxed sentence. They must be former George Bush supporters.
Guess what hicks–Adam CAN sing! His strength is not his performances or his unbelieveable versatility–his strenghth is his vocals. Duh! I don’t particualrly like the arrogant smug Gokey, but I admit that he can indeed sing. Though he does not, in my opinion, compare to Adam. When you drone on and on about how “untalented” Adam is, you just make yourselves sound envious and pedestrian.

If Adam gets eliminated it will truly show how deaf america’s ears are. I am the biggest Adam fan but I HOPE he loses this competition. If he wins he will be put into the mainstream music where the artists can’t sing to save their lives. They use machines and programs to make their voices sound good. This kid belongs in Broadway where the truly great singers go. And if he wants he can release a few CDs for some instant cash but I hope he doesn’t get signed to Simon’s Label and is forced to produce crap music when he leaves AI.

Did you guys actually think Adam was going home last night. It was all set up to boost the ratings. The producers knew everyone would be on the edge of their seat until the last minute when they announced he was safe. Adam gets more votes than all the other contestants combined. Him, her and what’s his name can’t compete with Adam Lambert. His vocal range and stage presence is leaps and bounds above his so called competitors. Adam has already won. We just get the privilege of watching him perform for 4 more weeks.

Adam is a natural talent. I have never heard a more beautiful vocal. So sad when others who are fans of the lesser talented contestants have to demean Adam to make their “choice” appear better.
It is pretty apparent who the most talented is. Vote for the well-deserving Adam Lambert or vote for Danny “Taylor Hicks” Gokey. It will probably come down to them!

I think the final 4 are all talented. Adam is by far the best singer and entertainer. He is the talk of our city. He appeals to all ages. I have never been interested in AI until I heard him sing. I have never been affected by another singer like I have by Adam. Anyone that says he sings the same way each week is mistaking him for one of the other contestants. I can hardly wait until Tuesday evening to see what he is going to sing. The next day there is a buzz in our office about his song and how great he is. It doesn’t hurt that he is so easy to look at. He has it all. Vote for Adam America. I wish Canada could vote for him.

Voting for someone based on their sexuality is just rediculous! It’s about singing and that’s all. Adam has it made no matter what. I think that’s a given. Just a bit of detailed info. for Tony G. - the Crackhead. Adam Lambert’s name was googled 6,120,000 times in the month of March, alone. I didn’t even check mispellings. The closest any of his competitors came was Kris Allen, with 550,000 searches on Google. American Idol winner & Grand Ole Opry inductee Carrie Underwood was googled 5,000,000 times. This isn’t just prose. These are facts that can be verified by anyone with enough brain power to do so. Check it out for yourself on Google Adwords. Then you can get back on here & make up some rediculous story about how it isn’t true and embarrass yourself even more. I won’t mind putting you right back in your place, again.

A few weeks ago he told MATT you have no chance of winning the competition.

He told Kris the other night that he had no chance of winning………..Then, he reviews the tapes and comes back the next day saying they were all good. C’mon.
If ADAM on a given night were picked to be Number 2 for the night, I could see that happening, even though I don’t believe he has been less than NUMBER ONE since about the time there were roughly 13 weeks to go……..The night Paula went nuts over him………And Simon said………..WHOA Paula………There are still 13 weeks to go.
Since then, Simon seems to favor him too, obviously, Simon gave him a Standing OVATION after “MAD WORLD” And, deservingly so.
ADAM as number 2 on a given night could be a believable possibility, but Number 4?????
I really don’t think so. It seems staged to me.

If ADAM gets knocked out of this competition I will NEVER watch it AGAIN !!! This is The only time ever we have watched the show and that is because of ADAM!!! Tony G. has got to be one of the most uneducated people I’ve ever debated with. Where are you getting your information? I-Tunes prematurely released an article stating that Adam’s songs were downloaded twice as much as any other contestant. It’s hard to deny facts & statistics, however hard you may try. Those drugs are making your mind wonder a little to far from reality. If another contestant wins, it won’t be b/c they are the best singer, and AI will lose half of their viewers. I personally haven’t watched since season 5, when Daughtry was cheated out of first place. And his record went platinum while Taylor Hicks is struggling to find an audience to sell to. It will be the same way with this years group. Adam will go platinum while the others struggle to sell to an audience.

Well, American Idol producers are manipulating the votes yet again. It’s like watching season 5 all over again. AI is such a ratings whore, that they will do anything to get them. It’s like watching the Biggest Loser. Let’s vote off the singer that has the best chance of winning and keep the person who needs the show the most. Adam is hands down the best singer & entertainer and he doesn’t need AI. He has already gotten all the exposure he needs to sell a platinum record. Votes have revealed that Adam Lambert was in fact in the bottom 3, but not the bottom 2. The bottom 2 was actually Matt & Kris. If you listen carefully, Ryan Seacrest said Kris, you are safe. Then he said that this (Matt & Adam) is “our” bottom 2, not your (America’s) bottom 2. They manipulated us into thinking Adam was actually in the bottom 2, so we would all watch the show until the last minute. It was all for ratings. I hope he doesn’t win. He certainly doesn’t need the AI label on his CD. He can stand on his own. None of the other contestants can.

There’s no way they received 45,000,000 votes Tuesday night. That’s an average of 6,250 votes per minute, or 104 votes per second. I called several times throughout the 2 hour voting period for each contestant, and never once got a busy signal. People, wake up! It is and always has been rigged for ratings. Just like every other reality TV show. If you wanna get back at ‘em, quit watching reality TV and start demanding better programs. Otherwise, quit worrying about who the winner will be.

My favorite on this years show from day one has been Adam Lambert. He has that 80’s Rockers voice that you just don’t hear much these days. Can’t wait for his first album to come out. He is going to be a megastar, much like Daughtry from season 5.

This season, the contestants are really talented. But I think Adam and Danny are really good singers. Danny has a very sexy voice. And Adam is unique, whatever “it” is, he’s definitely got it. Adam sounds like Axel Rose from Guns and Roses, singers like that don’t fall from trees. How often do you hear singers nowadays reach the notes that he does? The other contestants are probably so sick of hearing about Adam, Adam, Adam. Even when they asked Matt G if he thought he would be safe when he was in the bottom 2, his answer was, well it was Adam.
Since everyone thinks Adam will win(even the judges) Danny, Allison, Kris and Matt should automatically be put in next year’s Top 10, and give them a opportunity to perform without this so-called winner already. I’m not saying in any way Matt was dissing him he did say Adam is a great singer!

Adam, Adam, Adam. I agree he’s got a good voice, but I wouldn’t walk across the street to see him. I think his whole goal is to upstage everyone. I’m not sure which way he goes, either, if you know what I mean. Danny is the ONE. He’s all american. He’s like the kid across the street. So normal and so nice. Kris. I don’t get him, either. When he hits some of the notes his mouth gets all squirmy and his face is as flat as a pancake…that’s sexy?? Maybe to another pancake. I felt bad for Matt. Bella who cares what it is on Matt’s forehead. I agree with Shantel, why do people have to make such a big deal about it. Matt was my favorite. Very talented piano player and singer. I loved his voice and couldn’t wait to see him perform each and every week. Loved the swagger and thought his part time lover was ONE of his better performances although I enjoyed them all with or WITHOUT the hat(just another glambert that one’s for you) In the group performance chroegraphed by Paula he was the only one dancing to the rhythum and that’s probably the reason he was front and center. I have watched all the seasons of AI and my pick has always been in the top 3, most of the time I have picked the winner..This year, it should be ADAM..I’m not saying it will be but it should be…Think about it..Kris sings like a million other guys and so does Danny..Allison has a gravely voice and no class..That voice will get old very quickly…
ADAM is a real showman..I don’t care about his sexuality..I’m not planning on sleeping with him but I sure would buy his CDs and go to his concerts…So 6 months from now, no matter who wins AI, all the others will fade in the background…We will still be hearing and seeing ADAM on TV and all over because THE CREAM ALWAYS RISES TO THE TOP!!

Nice to see the game pick up and the more intellegent people get in there. All of these kids have talent and they deserve to be there. I am sorry but Adam is a fabulous representative of what an Idol should be. Talented, full of presence, attractive, versitile etc. He has the whole package so the nasties should stop trying to take it away from him. I think the show is possibly too long. How many artists last in the top spot for more than a few weeks? Think about it. These kids have to get up there week after week and try to please the nation. Not very realistic if you ask me. 8 weeks would probably be better at least people would not have too much time to see how much nastiness they could project over the internet. The Truth and The Facts are a couple of the most level headed commenters out there and keeping the emotion out. Great and I hope the rest can keep some of the more nastier people out there in line. yes, i must say Adam is a down-right awesome performer. (to aussie adam fans) it just comes so naturally. it’s amazing. i am a very shy person and SO not stage-friendly, so it is very entertaining to see some one who is the complete opposite. lol. and i agree that the competition is too long. although, i takes a while to narrow millions of auditioners down to one. i think it is very interesting how we all have different interests and likings and tastes. how bizzarre is that, if you think about it.

The truth be told, there is way too much hype on Adam, who looks like a cross between an Elvis wanna be and Freddie from Queen. On rat-pack night, he couldn’t even contain his screeches for a low key old time song while the others created their own, yet kept it modest to appreciate and honor the ole time great singers. Even Allison subdued her hard core voice, it sounded great. I hope America sees that Adam has already made his mark and will no doubtedly be a shining star somewhere. AI TECHNICALLY put Adam in bottom 3 was on purpose for show effect. If Adam was bottom2 he should put Chris in the middle and let Chris to choose side. He just followed the procedure and said the words written on his note. He never said Adam was in bottom 3, only moved him to the group which he said one person should leave. He only announced who were “saved”. As to 4 people were saved (including Adam). He never said who were 1st, 2nd…. It wanted to mislead other contestants and fans that they still have hope. I am totally shocked by all the criticism, fingerpointing, and name calling on this site. We all have to understand that there are a wide variety of tastes out there in all aspects of life. Clothes, food, cars, homes, dogs, and MUSIC. There is something for everyone. Just because we don’t like what someone else does like, doesn’t mean they are stupid or homophobic or ignorant, even of music. It merely means they have different tastes. Adam is good, Danny is good, Allison is good, Kris is good - all in different ways so they appeal to a different group of people. That’s it! That’s all. One of the qualities I respect about young people today is “tolerance” for other people. I can see a few people have not yet developed this. Just ignore the ugly comments and they will go away. By the way I am of the older generation and I think Adam is amazing. He appeals to all generations because he has something “special.” Not too many singers have it all but he does. Someone a few days back said Anoop and Lil’s voters likely put their support behind Allison and Danny. I think this is a possible as Danny “appears” wholesome and Allison is still a kid. Lil loves gospel music and would likely have a different following than Adam. Interesting enough Adam and Lil said they had become very good friends and admired each other’s music. I am guessing the biggest problem is Adam’s supporters becam complacent because he is the obvious person to win.

Everyone thinks that Adamm will win this,but I totally go the opposite of that,i mean what Ive seen is a lot of noise and screeching..Its way past his time!!Go home Bro

I have been trying to get my daughter to watch Aerican Idol all season. She wasn’t interested, said they are not true musicians just singers. Well she listened to Adam’s Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin and she is hooked. She couldn’t believe his talent. She liked Adam’s version better than the original. Now that’s talent. I am personally tired of hearing the screeching comments. This man can sing and the experts (judges) are supporting him because they know talent when they hear it. VOTE for ADAM!!!!!!!!!!
