American Idol 2009 Top 3 of Third Top 12 Revealed Tonight
March 4th, 2009 American Idol, Results, Season 8,Last night’s Idol performances of the third and final batch of 12 singers from the Top 36 of American Idol 2009 had a few highlights. Tonight the results of your voting will be revealed when we’ll hear Ryan Seacrest announce the Top 3 performers. This will include the top vote earning female, top vote earning male, and the second highest vote earner in either the male or female category.

can someone explain Nates missing nose ring? during his performance it was not there. When they aired the highlights of the performance it was. What’s up? something isn’t done live or he is magic. I’m starting to think this show is like all the others, scripted reality!

I have heard that when they recap the show it is clips of the singers at rehearsals. I think the show is actually live.

@Sandy: I’ve heard that too about the montage clips at the end are from earlier practice performances.

I noticed the missing and reappearance of the nose ring. My thought is they filmed them singing during rehearsal and he took it out during the live broadcast

seemed like the open group performance was lip synched
