This is a singing competition, why they are judging what the contestants are wearing? especially Simon that doesn’t change the same t-shirts and Jeans.

Simon may be blunt, but…..He has alot of dollars he has earned for a reason. He see’s talent and he could be a little nicer at times he get’s the job done and moves on!!!! Look at the talent that he has supported! Go Simon but maybe be a touch nicer.!!

Simon own this show people!! He created this show, he is the boss and you can’t fire the boss. If you do there won’t be a show…

I usually agree with Simon but tonight his childish attitude displayed in trying to humiliate Megan before millions was a little much. Thankfully Megan assumed the role of the adult and showed more class than Simon. Simon should render a public apology to Megan. He acted like a spoiled, petty, and vindictive little man tonight. When you are right you right Simon and when you are wrong you need to act like a man and admit it.

What about Megan’s behavior Mike Robinson? She come this far just because of Simon and she says i don’t care his judgment before millions!! Think about it. Simon did right think to say we don’t care about you too.

Sergio, I expect more from Simon, an international multi millionaire than I do from a 23 year old divorcee from Salt Lake City. What if Megan decided to be as petty as Simon in her farewell as opposed conducting herself with dignity and thanking everyone involved in the process. According to you Simon had every right to speak the way he did, if so then Megan could have reciprocated and that would have been fine according to you. I personally tune in to watch a talent show, not a grown man acting like a prepubescent child who strikes out because his ego is so fragile. Simon is usually spot on with his comments and observations, I agree with him more often than the rest of the judges combined, but last night he was wrong and he needs to step up and act like a man not some pissed off spoiled little millionaire who wants to hurt a girl because his ego cannot take someone telling him “I don’t care.” For the record Megan had no chance of winning nor is she my favorite. However, she got “this far” not because of Simon but because of her talent and the voting of all the judges and the American people, she owns Simon nothing, in fact AI owes the Megan’s of this country a debt of gratitude, without them there would be no show. The show is about the contestant, those are the people I tune in to watch not the judges. The bottom line is Simon acted like a bully for the worst of all reasons, simply because he could.

Unfortunately for some, there are more contestants clamores for Simon’s inputs and feedbacks (good or bad) on their performances because he honestly says what he feels as one of the critic who has the job to deliver as one of the judges of the show. Most of the time when Simon approves a contestant, that contestant will beamed to the max-something that you cannot see when other judges lavishly praise them. These maybe because his comments carries more than just “feel good” essence. Honestly, minus Simon from American Idol, this show will be boring and will not get this much popularity.

Never said Simon was a bad judge, in fact I said he was the best judge, the one I agree with most, however, he was wrong last night and if Megan acted the way Simon did she would have flipped him off during her performance. Even a broken clock is right twice each day and if a broken clock can be right then Simon can be wrong, and he was last night. He was rude and acted like punk, thankfully Megan had more class than he had last night or their might have been a scene had she choosen to act just like Simon.

Show ended for me without Adam Lambert singing.
I live in New York. Curious to know if others had time to hear him sing. Just when I was waiting to hear Adam sing the next show started.

I have tolerated Simon all these years, but tonight just went over the line. Scott was the best thing you had going for you, and the female judges knew it. Like Paula said, Scott just had a bad night. You have no idea what Scott could have done for your show. Bring Scott BACK! Simon, we all know you are keeping the “save” for your fav: Lil Rounds. If you watched these 2 perform over the past weeks, you would see Scott is the real thing-and your personal favorite just tries to get her skirts shorter each week. You may like a pretty pair of legs, but her voice has reached its peak. She needs to get a job on a cruise ship. Scott is the true idol.
