American Idol 2009 Top 13 - Final 4 Results Revealed
March 5th, 2009 American Idol, Results, Season 8,Tonight on American Idol, the final 4 results of the 2009 Idol Top 13 were revealed to be:
- Jasmine Murray
- Megan Corkrey
- Matt Giraud
- Anoop Desai
Simon announced they decided to make this year’s Top 12 a Top 13 instead and have kept Anoop Desai as the 4th singer to go to the finals. Read the American Idol 2009 Top 13 official list here.

Thank you for posting this so soon - we lost satellite transmission just as that nutjob Tatiana was being told that they love her..whatever that is good for…such a relief to see the end of her (until psycho flashbacks)

Ricky Braddy should have made the top 13! Anoop?…….are you serious! You’re television has volume right? You had to have heard him sing! I hope Ricky got enough exposure from this to catapult him on to better things. Sometimes, this show is just RIDICULOUS!

Megan? She cannot even sing….let alone sell albums, or ones I would buy!
They get rid of the relevant ladies who CAN sing and keep the people who suck.
Perhaps I am tone deaf?
Tatiana can sing but she’s a drama queen. She ought to move to Vegas where she can sing show tunes
Mishovanna can sing as well and so can Arianna, Felicia,Taylor, and Kendall could sell albums..round 3

Megan is a ridiculous choice. It’s like she’s singing with a Fargo accent or something. Ricky was soo much better. Hell, even Tatiana had better vocals although I don’t think I could stand her drama for any more episodes. I didn’t agree with some of the wild card picks either. I think Kristin had an awesome voice. Yeah, maybe she needed some stylin’ help, but that’s the easy part, right? You can’t always make a fashionable person sing well though. I agree that this show is strange sometimes and I don’t always “get” it. However, I’m hooked. It’s like a train wreck. I just can’t look away!

Megan can and did sing. Very well I might add!!I’ts nice to see a performer actually willing to go outside the box and get away from all the stereotypical songs everyone else is doing. Congrats Megan, I’m Pullin for you.

Megan is cool, she looks unique and you can tell it is not forced like some of the other contestants. She is marketable because she is very real. Go Megan!!
Tatiana has a future in reality TV.
Jesse should have been number 13.

The song that Jasmine sang was Reflection by Christina Aguilera. I thought she did great! I wish that Kendall Beard (the cute country girl) would have made it to the wild card round because I think she can sing! I am glad that Matt made it through! Thank GOD Tatiana is GONE! Can we say NUT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!

my fave is Adam Lambert by far; picked him as soon as I saw him audition. Did the same for David Cook btw ; )
Don’t like Megan, her stage presence sucks and she is not nearly as talented as others who did not make it through, like RICKY! I also had a soft spot for Von. GLAD Tatiana is gone.
I will continue to watch religiously just as with the past 8 seasons ( :

Very disappointed that they didn’t add Jesse Langseth who is VERY interesting and unique. American Idol should bring her in to balance out the numbers. Booooooooo Judges… Anoop is fun and so likeable but we think Jesse brings something so special and fresh to the show. We’ll miss her presence A LOT.

Place 13 did not made for anoop, Simon made it up for Megan. She may be pretty but hey this is a singing contest and she does no voice to sing. I just don’t get it why simon was so insist on her. I am sure she will go home on first week.

Let me just say, Im in love with Danny Gokey, anyone else think hes amazing? He has a gorgeous voice and face. I love his smile =]
