So far the American Idol Top 11 Prediction Poll shows that nearly a third of you think Michael Sarver will be eliminated!

Alexis has been eliminated… unless the judges save her! The judges are now discussing the situation while Alexis performs one more time… Simon has announced that they will NOT use the “Judges’ Save.” Alexis Grace has been eliminated and will not be part of the American Idol 2009 summer tour. They won’t save Alexis. The judges save rule should be called the Lil Rounds rule. It will be used on her. I guarantee it.

It is sad to see Alexis go! I figured she would go a lot farther than she did. I think Michael should have been the one to leave. I am not surprised that they didn’t use their save. At this point I feel all of them are worth the save. They are all really good singers!

This year all the rules are made for Megan. Read this carefully people they will use that to save the Megan. I still don’t understand what is she doing in a singing competition!

I believe Alexis was worth it. Yes, there’s a lot of singers still left, but actually listen to all the ones that are left. There where a few of them that just sound like karaoke singers. No vocal range what so ever. Some of them are boring and dull. I liked Alexis, not saying she could of won, but she was in my top of the list and I would of liked to see what she could of done.

I’m very sorry to see Alexis go. She has great talent, but didn’t choose the right songs the past couple of weeks. She seemed to be really nervous when she performed the song again last night. She blew the doors off the place the first few weeks, so again, song choice is SO important! I believe Scott is totally a sympathy vote - he really does not have the voice - he’s in just because of his handicap. The judges should limit one vote (call) per person for each of the contestants.

Alexis Grace should have stayed in the competition and tour with Idol. Michael Sarver does something really weird with his words. It is like he is holding is mouth together. He was good before Idol stage but I don’t know what he is doing with his mouth and singing. He should have been the person to go home.

Please… all of this about Alexis… she was a trailer trash whore… she whored herself out to the judges… “Oh, you need to Dirty it up”… “I dirtied it up for you this week guys”.. come on… who cares if she turned into a whore.. she wasn’t worth saving!! Michael and her are the same talent, they both need to go!

I’m really hoping Adam wins American Idol this year!
he has a level of his own in Idol.

The judges made the right call not saving her. Her time is just up. Michael needs to go to though, really nice family guy but it aint a nice guy competition, its a singing competion and yes, lis rounds is way overrated.

I really liked Alexis. I think there were several people other than her that should have been sent packing. Michael, Scott, Megan, Anoop, plus I agree—Adam is scary.

based on the performance, i would say michael or adam should have been sent home…yah, adam may have one of the best vocals but what he did with RING OF FIRE is a joke…it shows that he is not as versatile as everybody says he is…people should vote not because they are thier faves but because they are good…there is nothing wrong with playing favorites…but reviews should be fair…

2. Michael

4. lil rounds
she is unique in her voice which makes her stand out. Just goes to show.. the voting is not based on singing or personality.. poor choice as usual America.

Alexis should have been saved, big mistake by the judges. She did an awesome job and was a stand-out until last week. She just choose the wrong song. Why did she pick Jolene! She can sing, she has the moves, I could have seen her be an “Idol”. And give me a break…she is way better than Michael,Anoop,Scott,Chris,Megan and Allison. And what Adam did to the “Ring of Fire” is totally disrespectful to Johnny Cash. It was country week, not gothic week. After that performance, he should of been the one to go.
I hope Danny goes all the way…

Last week, I asked if they were going to rotate Scott’s use in the group numbers: chair dancing, him at the piano, no group number. Well, I guess it’s too much to ask for no group number, but so far we’ve seen chair dancing and him at the piano. And of course a boring line of left-right stepping with Gokey’s bad ass, sorry, flabby-ass solo. This will bring me some amusement over the next few weeks.
Hooray for Alexis being gone! Jolene took your man & Idol crushed your dreams. Good thing you have your “gift from God” daughter to go home to.

I, too, look forward only to seeing how Idol awkwardly has Scott participate in the results show dance number and Ford commercial. The rest is filler and DVR fast forward time!
Did you like how Scott got up from the piano, yet the piano kept playing at the end? Whoa…
Scott did, in fact, make it into the Ford commercial (but not as the car’s driver as he should, hehe). He was assisting others in water ballooning the car from the top (so where’s the pieces of broken balloon???)

I can’t believe they got rid of Alexis and kept Megan and some other singers that are not as good as Alexis. I don’t think Alexis would win idol, but she should have gone further. Give me a break with Megan! She dances like a robot, what the hell is that little uncomfortable hip swing thing? She can’t sing and picks awful songs to sing.

Megan is safe! Great work, Worsters. Our girl made it on tour to keep mispronouncing words and entertain us with her oddity. Gotta love it! And Alexis is gone. Bye bye 12 year old hooker, you weren’t worth the screen time. Go pop out more babies and don’t bore us with your stupid “dirty it up” storyline anymore. And don’t step on your babies. Sweet victory! Alexis is an excellent singer or she wouldn’t have made it to the top 11. I really do not understand why there has to be name calling. Whore & tramp are a bit much. She worked really hard to get where she was and deserves a little more respect! They all do!
