If you caught the opening of tonight’s episode of American Idol then you may have been wondering, like I was, just how they did that. The crop circle was a publicity event performed by the very clever Swanson Russell Associates marketing firm out of Omaha, Nebraska. SRA forwarded over a link to a video showing a behind’s the scene look at how the job was done. It’s pretty cool, so take a look:
